Nicolas Vermersch is an experienced expert in the field of Executive search and industry. The engineer (Dipl. Ing) and native Frenchman will be responsible at 3C for the Industry and Automotive sectors.

Nicholas Vermersch has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment search and selection of Professionals and Managers: in 2000, he launched one of the world's largest recruitment consultancies, The PageGroup, and was Head of the offices in France, Netherlands, and finally Munich (as Managing Director).

Before he moved into consulting, he began his career as a technical Executive at one of the world's leading steel producers, Tata Steel.
